The aim of my practice is to support women with short term and long-term treatments, treating trauma, whiplash and easing long term chronic illness symptoms. I work holistically which means the whole person is treated and in every treatment I use a combination of all my learning and development which supports the speed of the healing process.
Anyone can gain from my outside of the box approach, which combines the treatments I practice, such as Theta Healing, Reiki, Therapeutic and Deep Tissue Massage and Cranio-Sacral Reflexology .

This is my story
I was happily playing with my younger sister in an outdoor playground and we were having lot of fun! We both ran for the slide but I was faster than my sister and got to the slide first! I ran up the steps, got to the top of the slide and ...... lost my footing!! Ouch - I fell head first over the side into a sandpit..... I woke up covered in sand and feeling rather dazzled! I realised I had had a nasty fall but my sister and I didn't tell anyone as we were worried about getting into trouble .......... The fall had a detrimental effect on my health and was not to be uncovered until much later in life.
While in my teens I suffered from anxiety and hormonal imbalances and I just couldn't work out why. I was treated with medication for my hormonal imbalances but it didn't make any difference. My nervousness just got worse and once in my twenties I also experienced anxiety attacks and I had developed insomnia.
While in my twenties I stumbled over Reflexology and for the first time I experienced how the treatments helped to calm my nervous system and my sleep improved too. It was at this point I got interested in Reflexology. This was the beginning of a long journey trying different types of therapies to improve my health.
It was only much later in life when treated with Cranio-Sacral Reflexology for headaches, anxiety and hormonal imbalances that I got to the bottom of my health issues: the long-forgotten childhood fall was the underlying cause of my symptoms. During the fall I suffered a whiplash injury to my neck, compressed my frontal bone and the underlying tissues. A course of treatments of Cranio-Sacral Reflexology sorted my out and I regained my normal health. I have long been relieved of anxiety, insomnia and headaches and now help others to overcome their challenges.
Since qualifying in Reflexology and Swedish Massage, I have trained in various modalities and have advanced my work to become a Cranio-Sacral Reflexologist and Therapeutic Massage Therapist. One hour treatments:
Reflexology: £45
Massage: £50 (£70 for an hour and a half)
I travel to your home in: Mitcham, Norbury, South Norwood, West Norwood, Streatham, Thornton Heat, Morden, Crystal Palace at no extra cost, however parking fees will be met you.
